The candidate must bring 7–12 years in heavy civil estimating, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, HCSS HeavyBid, and AutoCAD. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil/construction management.
• 7–12 years heavy civil estimating experience with major pursuits.
• Experience leading multi-discipline estimate teams.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid and estimation tools.
• Strong leadership, ethics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major project estimate strategy, reconciliation, and pricing governance across disciplines.
• Establish pricing strategy and ensure consistency in estimating methodologies.
• Lead capture teams and proposal development aligned with growth objectives.
• Coordinate executive bid reviews and approvals.
• Oversee risk evaluation and contingency governance.
• Mentor estimating staff across levels.
