Job summary

Araina Group in Miami is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its preconstruction team, supporting the pursuit and pricing of ground-up high-rise, multifamily, and mixed-use projects across South Florida.

You will prepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual through GMP/hard bid, perform full quantity takeoffs, solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, and review drawings to identify risks and VE opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, level, and evaluate subcontractor bids.
• Review drawings and specs to identify risks and VE opportunities.
• Building relationships with subs, vendors, and design teams.
• Collaborating with project executives on budgets and bid strategy.
