Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for estimating.
• Familiar with vendor communications and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and production to determine cost-effective methods.
• Lead government bids and manage BidNet software to identify opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders for special situations and customer requests.
