Job summary

Jordan Foster Construction is seeking an Estimator to prepare detailed project estimates from drawings and specifications, supporting bids for Federal and private projects. You will work with Project Managers, Marketing, and administrative staff to assemble compelling proposals and ensure bids meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in BlueBeam, MS Excel, and scheduling software, plus the ability to manage multiple bids and priorities with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Assist with bids, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with PMs, Marketing, and admin to assemble proposals.
• Qualify sub-tier bids for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure bidding complies with regulations and project goals.
