Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of market conditions on pricing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the estimating process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare estimates.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and apply unit pricing for materials.
