You will lead takeoffs, cost analyses, value engineering, and bid preparation while coordinating with the estimating team and project stakeholders. You must have a BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of estimating in construction, with strong Excel and estimating software proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 5 years of estimating field experience in construction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in specialized estimating software.
• Understanding of the influence of market conditions on pricing.
• Federal bidding/estimating experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating on complex, large-scale projects from concept to GMP.
• Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates; quantify take-offs and unit prices.
• Develop budgets, GMPs, value engineering, and risk analyses.
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and bid comparisons.
• Collaborate with design teams, owners, and stakeholders to meet client expectations.
