Job summary

Southland Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the estimating function for large, multi-discipline projects in Virginia.

You will develop preliminary budgets, conceptual estimates and detailed estimates, coordinating with multiple trades and business units. The role requires overseeing material procurement, supplier pre-qualification, and collaboration with the Chief Estimator to refine and finalize cost projections.
