Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of residential construction estimating experience specified.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate conceptual, schematic, and final construction budgets.
• Review plans, specifications, and requirements to identify missing information and risks.
• Develop comprehensive scopes of work and perform bid analysis with subcontractors.
• Maintain cost databases and improve estimating standards.
• Lead design reviews and provide budget guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate transfer of information from preconstruction to production.
