Job summary

Harris is hiring a Senior Estimating Manager in Rochester, Minnesota, to plan, coordinate, and supervise the estimating program while providing technical and administrative guidance. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Mechanical HVAC and Piping estimating, and will manage the estimating team to foster a strong safety culture and achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Mechanical HVAC and Piping estimating experience.
• 10+ years of knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating and construction contracts.
• 5+ years in leading, coaching, and mentoring an estimating team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the estimating program.
• Oversee the estimation process and ensure team coordination.
• Manage division estimating team including recruiting and training.

Skills

Mechanical HVAC and Piping estimating experience

Expertise in Trimble for estimations

Leadership and mentoring skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
