• 10+ years of Mechanical HVAC and Piping estimating experience.
• 10+ years of knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating.
• 5+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring an estimating team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company estimating program.
• Oversee and/or perform estimation process; ensure accuracy.
• Manage division estimating team including recruiting and training.
