Job summary

Heyday is seeking a Lead Esthetician in New York to coach and train frontline estheticians, ensuring consistent application of Heyday standards. You will partner with shop leadership to hire, onboard, and develop top talent across each location.

You will lead by example on product education, launches, and retail performance while fostering a growth-oriented, supportive team culture for clients and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics License with at least two years of experience.
• Ability to build trust and relationships.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Experience coaching and giving feedback to individuals and groups.
• Ability to balance and progress multiple priorities.
• Passionate about helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hosting and setting up recruiting events, including career fairs and school demos.
• Manage candidate pipeline and schedule interviews and practicals.
• Schedule and conduct new-hire esthetician training.
• Ongoing training and coaching with staff.
• Train hosts, estheticians, and managers on product benefits and usage.
• Ensure clients receive product education.
• Spearhead product and enhancement launches.
• Monitor esthetician retail performance and product performance.
