Job summary
Heyday, a fast-growing skincare brand, is seeking a Lead Esthetician in New York. You will coach and train the team, uphold Heyday standards, and ensure quality and consistency across the treatment rooms.
You will partner with Shop Leadership to hire and onboard new estheticians, set priorities, provide product education, and spearhead launches. Expect ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace.
Qualifications
- Esthetics license required with at least two years of experience.
- Ability to coach individuals and groups and provide feedback.
- Proven track record of building trust and relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead estheticians coaching and training team members.
- Partner with shop leadership to hire and train new estheticians.
- Own quality and consistency across product usage and protocols.
- Host recruiting events and manage candidate pipeline.
- Conduct new-hire esthetician training and ongoing coaching.
- Educate clients on product benefits and usage.
- Spearhead product and service launches.
- Monitor retail and product performance.
