Swansboro Animal Hospital Emergency and Trauma Center is a 24/7 emergency practice in coastal Swansboro, NC. We emphasize high-quality medicine, education, and mentorship with a collaborative team culture.

We are seeking 1 daytime RVT and 1 night shift RVT, offering flexible scheduling (7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM) with overnight differential pay and opportunities for leadership within the shift leads role.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an AVMA Accredited Veterinary Technology Program with NC State License.
• 1+ years of professional RVT experience is required.
• Excellent client communication and medical record management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment with safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Animal restraint and triage of incoming patients.
• Collection and analysis of lab samples; diagnostic imaging.
• Nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases; medication administration.
• Surgical preparation and assistance; anesthetic management.
