PremierGarage of Southern Maine is seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join our team in Maine. You will lead installation projects, prepare concrete surfaces, mix and apply coatings, and ensure top-quality workmanship on every job.

Two years of epoxy/polyaspartic experience are required, along with strong attention to detail, independence, and reliable communication with homeowners. This full-time role offers year-round work and a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience.
• Experience with concrete grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and lead installations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience towing/backing up a trailer

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coatings.
• Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces.
• Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and mentor newer installers
