Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years in processing; 2+ years in project management/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Process Engineers with task planning and milestones.
• Drive sustaining and advancing epoxy molding processes and DOE/A/B testing.
• Develop process controls and establish key performance metrics.
