Job summary

ExxonMobil Biomedical Sciences, Inc. (EMBSI) seeks a scientist with a strong epidemiology background to evaluate worker, consumer, and community risks associated with ExxonMobil products and operations.

The role involves designing and leading epidemiologic studies, analyzing data, and communicating findings to diverse audiences. The successful candidate will contribute to advancing new methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape health and environmental safety

Qualifications

  • PhD in epidemiology or related field or MSc with demonstrated PI experience.
  • Experience applying epidemiologic methods for human health evaluation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with health and environmental teams to evaluate risks from ExxonMobil products and operations.
  • Design and lead epidemiologic studies and analyze literature to inform decisions.
  • Develop new methodologies to evaluate next-gen ExxonMobil products and processes.
  • Lead technical initiatives with professional organizations and partners to advance best practices.
  • Present findings at conferences and publish in peer-reviewed literature.
  • Demonstrate leadership and continuous growth as an expert.
