Qualifications

• Epic Beaker certification.
• 5+ years of experience within an application team, with 2+ years leading an application team.
• Demonstrated expertise in information systems software implementation and operational management.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in business process mapping and translating requirements into system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, direct, and check the work of other business systems/applications analysts.
• Analyze business and user needs and design application configuration to solve complex problems.
• Document requirements and create systems flow diagrams.
• Design new configuration and code to meet business requirements.
• Evaluate the impact of technology on the current business environment.
• Act as a team leader for projects with moderate budgets and durations.
