Job summary

You will define system requirements, design configurations, and translate business needs into technical specifications, while ensuring project success and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Epic Beaker certification required.
• BS or BA degree in computer science, business, or equivalent healthcare information systems certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an application team, with 2+ years in leading an application team.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills with detailed plans and coordination.
• Expertise in information systems software implementation and operational management.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with business process mapping and translating requirements to system specs.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, direct, and check the work of other business systems/applications analysts.
• Analyze business needs and design application configuration to solve complex problems.
• Document requirements and create systems flow diagrams.
• Design new application configuration and code to meet business needs.
• Evaluate the impact of technology on the business environment.
• Lead projects with moderate budgets and mentor team members.
