Job summary

CaduceusMedicalRecruitment seeks an Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist to lead a multidisciplinary cardiology clinic, combining advanced EP practice with physician leadership in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The Medical Director will oversee clinical standards, protocols and performance improvement while coordinating with administration to drive EP program growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations
• Collaborate with administration on EP service scope and growth, equipment planning, lab needs and workflow optimization
• Maintain referrals with cardiologists, PCPs, and regional partners; monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes
• Address clinical and operational issues affecting the medical staff; foster a collegial, high-performing environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary committees and cardiovascular service line initiatives and communicate priorities to leadership
