Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the practicing state.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists and primary care physicians; monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting the medical staff; foster a collegial clinical environment.
