Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Lead Environmental Test Engineer to support an innovative aerospace organization located in Western TX, 100% onsite. You will plan, coordinate, and execute environmental test campaigns to validate satellite hardware and systems for launch and LEO operations.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure mission readiness through vibration, TVAC, thermal vacuum, and other environmental qualification testing, and you will lead test

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on environmental testing in aerospace/space or high-reliability systems.
• Experience with NASA GEVS and MIL-STD-810.
• Experience with data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW).

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental testing including TVAC, vibration, and shock on satellites and components.
• Coordinate test schedules, logistics, and execution with teams and facilities.
• Analyze test results and perform root-cause analysis for design improvements.
