Job summary

A-C-T Environmental Services seeks an experienced Environmental Engineer to lead remediation projects in Florida. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful project delivery across soil, groundwater, and air programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5–10 years of experience, and a Florida PE license or eligibility, with strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and environmental modelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Environmental or Civil preferred.
• 5–10 years of environmental consulting/design experience with site investigations and permitting.
• Florida PE registration or ability to obtain soon.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation projects using conventional and innovative cleanup technologies.
• Manage site investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation design.
• Evaluate remedial technologies and implement in-situ and ex-situ approaches.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and compliance of remediation systems.
• Review regulatory applicability and coordinate permits and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental requirements in Florida.
• Lead project staff and subcontractors; manage budgets and deliverables.
