Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead environmental site investigation, assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects for industrial, commercial, energy, transportation, and public-sector clients in Texas.

You will oversee projects from proposal through implementation and closure, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery within scope and budget, with a focus on regulatory programs including TCEQ and TRRP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology or 9 years related experience.
• Professional registrations/certifications (PE/PG/PMP) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental site investigation, assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage project financial performance including invoicing, forecasts and collections.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Promote safety and quality, and manage resources across the project lifecycle.
