Job summary

Tasman Inc is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead remediation and related construction projects across the Permian Basin region, including New Mexico and Texas. You will manage client relationships, guide project teams, and deliver safe, compliant results on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in environmental remediation or related fields, a strong leadership presence, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of related industry experience with environmental remediation or construction.
• Experience in environmental consulting or remediation project management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple remediation and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Identify, scope, and cost new opportunities within existing frameworks.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory, budget, and schedule targets.
• Prepare deliverables and regulatory submissions as required.
