Job summary

ICF's Environment & Planning Division in Northern California is seeking an Environmental Planner to contribute to high-quality environmental impact analyses across natural resource, land use, transportation, infrastructure, water, and energy projects.

You will work with public and private clients, engineering partners, and regulatory agencies, coordinating data gathering, research, and reporting, while guiding projects from initiation to completion as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, urban planning, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a consulting or public agency environment.
• Experience leading project teams and preparing environmental impact analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of environmental impact analyses for CEQA/NEPA documents across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with public and private clients, engineering partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Support project directors and managers and contribute to project deliverables and public outreach.
