Qualifications

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise six positions in the Bench Biology laboratory.
Authorize data and lead projects in the laboratory.
Provide technical consulting and ensure high-quality laboratory services.
Skills
Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and management
Knowledge of terminology and techniques in biological research
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to supervise and motivate people
Ability to prepare technical reports and presentations
Education
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry or related field

Laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
