Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics or related quantitative public health field with 4 years of experience.
• Experience with systematic review of epidemiological environmental health data for health risk assessments.
• Experience with HAWC, DistillerSR and Litstream in literature screening, data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with EndNote for literature management.
• ETL and data cleaning to support analytics and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of PRISMA diagrams and standardized outputs for evidence synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and project management for scientific and data driven health research tools.
• Translate scientific, regulatory, and user needs into product requirements with researchers, engineers, and federal stakeholders.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from planning to delivery with a focus on quality and usability.
• Liaise between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to align product features with program requirements.
• Oversee configuration and use of systematic review platforms (HAWC, DistillerSR, Litstream).
• Define requirements for literature flow diagrams (PRISMA) and ensure transparency and rigor.
• Support data ingestion, ETL, and data cleaning for analytics datasets.
• Utilize Jira to manage improvement requests, defects, and cross-team coordination.
• Contribute to UI/UX design withWireframe-level requirements and user feedback.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including cloud platforms and AI to enhance workflows and features.
• Conduct systematic review of epidemiological data for human health risk assessments and regulatory purposes.
• Oversee staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
