Parsons is seeking an Environmental Compliance Field Inspector Manager to lead field audits and ensure environmental permitting compliance on Gateway Program work in the NY/NJ area.

The role involves reviewing construction plans, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with the environmental compliance team while traveling regionally. This senior position requires a relevant degree and substantial site inspection experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology or a closely related discipline.
• 10-15+ years of prior experience performing construction site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform field audits of environmental documentation and field activities.
• Review and prepare written technical reports documenting environmental construction compliance.
• Report inconsistencies, environmental permitting requirements and contract specifications to the environmental compliance team.
• Provide oversight of construction as it relates to environmental compliance.
• Ability to interpret scientific data and specifications.
