Job summary

You will identify nonconformities, drive corrective actions, mentor auditors, and uphold the One Safe Team culture within production and facilities.

This role requires travel to sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen environmental programs and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Project Management or related field.
• 7 years experience leading ISO 14001 programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 14001 and regulatory environmental audits.
• Define audit scope and methodologies.
• Evaluate compliance and identify nonconformities.
• Validate CAPAs and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve EMS.
• Maintain and improve ISO 14001 EMS documentation.
