Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–7 years of experience in technology systems engineering or related IT disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex technology configuration, customization, and integration activities across enterprise platforms.
• Designs and implements system enhancements that improve usability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoots high-impact system issues and coordinates resolution across technical teams.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation, system diagrams, and process flows.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and analysts.
• Supports testing, release management, and environment validation processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
