Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Nutley, NJ, is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer to join the Global End User Computing team to manage enterprise endpoints globally.

You will architect, deploy, and support modern endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID, while leading migration efforts to cloud-native solutions and device lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise Windows engineering experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Intune engineering.
• 5+ years of SCCM/MECM engineering and administration.
• Extensive experience designing and supporting large-scale endpoints.
• Experience with Teams administration and collaboration devices.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Graph API, and automation.
• Familiarity with Nexthink and ControlUp DEM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint management across a global environment.
• Lead endpoint modernization from legacy to cloud-native management.
• Design and maintain configuration profiles, policies, and CA integrations.
• Manage Windows desktop engineering, OS deployment, patching, and lifecycle.
• Lead Autopilot provisioning, zero-touch deployment, and hardware onboarding.
• Oversee hardware platforms and driver update processes across major vendors.
• Support MDM across iOS/Android/Windows/macOS platforms.
• Administer Teams and Teams Rooms, and related devices and rooms.
• Use Nexthink/ControlUp to monitor health and drive remediation.
• Develop automation, SOPs, runbooks using PowerShell and Graph API.
