Job summary

Centene seeks a senior operations leader to drive development, coordination, and execution of cross-functional strategies across shared services, enabling enterprise and market product growth. You translate strategy into operating plans, align stakeholders, and deliver scalable, compliant product operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product leadership, shared services, and corporate partners to optimize performance, manage due diligence, and support integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years experience in assigned products (Medicare or Duals) managed care operations with emphasis on optimizing operational effectiveness, government contracting and/or regulatory compliance required.
• Experience with project management, administration or operations in the Healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies across shared services and enterprise and market product growth.
• Coordinate with product leadership, shared services, and corporate partners for timely decisions and issue resolution.
• Define operational strategies, objectives, KPIs, and SOPs to support scalable execution across markets.
