Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the team in Denver, CO. You will design, implement, and supervise security controls across on‑prem and cloud environments to protect Frontier’s network and data.

The role requires hands‑on experience with EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and secure email gateways, plus the ability to work in a fast‑paced airline environment and participate in 24/7 on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6+ years cybersecurity operations and/or engineering experience.
• 4+ years hands-on with enterprise security products: EDR (SentinelOne/CrowdStrike/Cylance).
• 4+ years with Secure Email Gateway (Mimecast/Proofpoint/Office365).
• 4+ years with Vulnerability Management (Nessus/Qualys/Rapid7) and SIEM (Splunk/RapID7/LogRhythm).

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy resilient, reliable security controls for IT/business projects.
• Provide technical leadership in designing, implementing, testing, and rolling out cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to deliver a secure, resilient infrastructure.
• Participate in identification of cybersecurity tools and business continuity planning.
• Support patch and vulnerability management and incident response efforts.
• Assist in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as scheduled.
