Job summary

Client Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Integration Architect to lead enterprise API and integration strategy, driving governance, standards, and scalable, secure cloud-based solutions.

The role partners with engineering to modernize platforms and enable event-driven architectures across the organization. The candidate will mentor teams, design scalable APIs and microservices, manage API lifecycles, and strengthen observability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
• Expertise with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong AWS cloud experience.
• Experience with API management, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), and cloud-native deployments.
• Strong understanding of API security (OAuth, JWT, OpenAPI).
• Experience with platforms such as MuleSoft or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise integration and API strategy.
• Design scalable API, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish integration standards, governance, and best practices.
• Partner with engineering teams to modernize integration platforms.
• Lead API lifecycle management, observability, and developer enablement.
• Mentor architects and engineers on modern integration patterns.
