Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Technical Manager to lead enterprise integration architecture, API platforms, cloud modernization initiatives, and a team of Technical Leads and Architects.

About the Role

This strategic leadership position will drive enterprise integration capabilities across API Management, ESB platforms, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud‑Native technologies. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical expertise, architectural leadership, and people management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Technical Leads and Application Architects
• Provide technical oversight for: Apigee API Platform, MuleSoft / IBM Integration Bus (ESB), .NET APIs, Ping Federate SSO and Kubernetes / Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO)
• Define enterprise integration standards, governance, and modernization roadmaps
• Lead cloud migration and integration transformation initiatives
• Champion automation and AI‑driven engineering practices
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience
• 7+ years in Enterprise, Solution, or Integration Architecture
• 2+ years leading technical teams or architects
• Strong expertise in:
• Apigee, MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, or similar platforms
• API Management & Security
• OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and SSO solutions
• Experience with Kafka, Event Hubs, asynchronous messaging, and modern integration patterns
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, API Governance, and Cloud Security
