Job summary

Accenture seeks an Integration Lead Architect to orchestrate complex enterprise integration across cloud and on-prem systems. You will guide REST API strategies, data flows, and middleware design while mentoring teams and coordinating with business and external partners.

You will design scalable integration architectures, set governance standards, and ensure security across OAuth2/OIDC/JWT. Expect travel 0–100% per client needs in a dynamic life and annuity environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration architecture and leading teams.
• 8+ years designing and implementing REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
• 5+ years with MuleSoft, Spring Integration, Kafka, API Gateway and related tech.
• 5+ years cloud architecture across AWS or Azure with containerized deployments.
• 5+ years defining API standards, security (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT) and governance.
• 3+ years Life Insurance domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures including APIs, middleware, data flows, and service orchestration.
• Develop the integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology initiatives.
• Lead and mentor integration teams with best practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Act as liaison between business teams, development teams, and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations align with product capabilities and project scope.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor integration performance.
