Job summary

Concept Plus is hiring an Enterprise Digital Platforms Architect to lead architecture, modernization, integration, governance, and lifecycle management of the customer enterprise digital platforms and web ecosystem.

This senior role drives strategic technical leadership across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Copilot, Drupal, cloud services, and DevSecOps to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions supporting digital transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain/maintain a government clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years designing, developing, architecting, and supporting enterprise web apps and digital platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure, Drupal, and modern web tech.
• Leadership in modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformations in Federal environments.
• Hands-on with .NET, REST, Azure services, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, secure development.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration, IAM, API design, cloud architecture, and lifecycle mgmt.
• Familiarity with RMF/NIST 800-53, SSDF, Zero Trust, OWASP, Section 508.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and stakeholders.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for architecture, modernization, integration, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise web apps and digital services.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead architecture and engineering of solutions using M365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, Drupal and related tech.
• Architect secure, scalable, resilient web apps using .NET, JS frameworks, REST, cloud-native services.
• Design enterprise integrations between LMS, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, identity services, and data repositories.
• Guide enterprise AI capabilities including Copilot, Azure AI services, intelligent search, conversational AI and workflow automation.
• Establish DevSecOps across the portfolio: CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, vulnerability management, monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with Federal cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and software development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, standards, and continuous improvement across SDLC.
