Job summary

Chirpn IT Solutions is seeking an experienced AEP Lead/Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of Adobe Experience Platform solutions at enterprise scale. You will unify customer data, enable personalization and analytics, and own the technical roadmap for data, identity, segmentation, and activation across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CDP, MarTech, digital analytics, or related areas.
• 4–5+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience.
• Strong expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, CJA, and AJO.
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL/data ingestion, data lakes, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale retail/e-commerce implementations.
• Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Adobe AEP / Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, AWS/Azure/GCP, GDPR/CCPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform, including RT-CDP, CJA, AJO, XDM, Identity Service, and Segmentation.
• Own the technical roadmap for customer data, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Design data models, schemas, ingestion pipelines, and integrations with CRM, ecommerce, analytics, and other platforms.
• Partner with business, marketing, IT, analytics, and data engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead and mentor AEP technical teams and oversee delivery, quality, and technical issues.
• Act as the primary technical advisor and escalation point for the client.
• Support solutioning and pre-sales activities when required.
