Job summary

The United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, VA seeks a Branch Chief to oversee end-to-end AV, videoconferencing, streaming, and operation services. This role requires in-person presence at the Alexandria campus with situational telework possible per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing AV/streaming technical staff.
• Experience as a technical lead or SME in design/configuration/testing of enterprise AV/streaming systems.
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders to develop requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise videoconferencing, streaming, and UC operations to support agency needs.
• Set technical standards and oversee deployment, testing, and support of AV hardware/software.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for AV/streaming services.
• Deliver reliable AV solutions by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring effective testing.
• Plan and assign work, set priorities, and monitor performance of AV staff.
