Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking an Applications Lead to support enterprise applications in a CMMC environment, focusing on U.S. applications including federal projects. You will bridge business and IT, ensure compliance, and collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions team in the U.S. and Canada.

The role emphasizes lifecycle ownership, stakeholder engagement, and secure enclave delivery, with a focus on governance, security, and operational stability across Aecon platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience in regulated or secure environments (federal, infrastructure, engineering).
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and process orientation.
• Experience with third-party service providers and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all Enterprise applications within the CMMC environment.
• Lead functional analysis and requirements definition for the domain.
• Lead solution design and blueprinting activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enhancements and projects; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
