Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Secure Facilities Technical Engineering professional to lead design and execution of secure facilities for U.S. federal, DoD, and intelligence clients. You will translate security criteria into constructible architectural and engineering solutions across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The role requires interpreting ICD 705, SCIF, SAPF, OSS, TEMPEST, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years of leadership plus U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with 10+ years, including leadership.
• Professional registration such as Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks for federal work.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract/security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for secure facility design per ICD 705, SCIF, SAPF, OSS and TEMPEST.
• Translate security requirements into construction drawings, specs and details.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, security specialists, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Develop and review solutions for secure perimeter, penetrations, RF shielding and access control.
• Support accreditation, certification, and project closeout; assist during construction.
