Job summary

Envestnet is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to design, implement, and support secure, scalable Salesforce solutions in a hybrid Berwyn, PA office. You’ll manage users, configurations, data quality and integrations with Groove, Calendly, Seismic, and marketing automation tools to empower Sales, Marketing and Service teams.

The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required (Advanced Admin preferred).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security.
  • Experience supporting integrated applications and marketing automation tools.
  • Exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API‑based integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, support and optimize Envestnet’s Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types and validation rules.
  • Build automation using Salesforce Flow and other low code tools.
  • Manage user access, security settings and ongoing platform support.

The Team You’ll Join

You’ll join the Enterprise Applications team within Technology, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and other technical teams to support and enhance Envestnet’s Salesforce platform and connected applications. The team focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and business-focused solutions that improve operational efficiency and the user experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective platform capabilities while helping drive automation, data quality, system integration, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

How You'll Contribute

Responsible for design, development, support and optimization of Envestnet’s critical software programs that power wealth management, data aggregation and operational workflows. Ensures applications are highly available, secure and compliant with company and regulatory standards, while meeting the needs of advisors, clients and internal teams. Manages integrations, monitors performance and ensures effective incident resolution. Ensures applications are scalable, efficient and resilient.

  • Collaborates with allied teams (Architecture, Engineering, Technical Operations and Quality) to develop detailed application implementation solutions.
  • Architects, develops, builds and implements highly secure, compliant, resilient, cost effective and high performing solutions.
  • Develops, builds, configures, customizes, integrates and tests solutions.
  • Investigates opportunities to use new and emerging technologies.
  • Develops and delivers key reporting metrics and insights related to the cost and utilization of enterprise applications.
  • Ensures application of standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix and systems management.
  • Collaborates with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve escalated client operations, production, integration or application issues.
  • Provide day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, access requests, configuration changes, and ongoing support for Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Lightning components, and other declarative platform capabilities. Build and support automation using Salesforce Flow and other low code tools to improve efficiency and align business requirements.
  • Execute data imports, exports, updates, and data quality activities including validation, cleansing, deduplication, and governance support.
  • Support integrated applications within the Salesforce ecosystem, including tools such as Groove, Calendly, Seismic, and the marketing automation platform.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions, gather and refine business requirements, and translate them into scalable, business-focused technology solutions. Provide transparent project communications, manage stakeholder expectations, and champion continuous improvement across platforms, processes, and user experiences.
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required (Advanced Admin preferred)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent hands‑on experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security
  • Experience supporting integrated applications and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with deployment strategies and tools
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API‑based integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams

Our Investment in You

This role offers a base salary range of $114,500 to $143,100. The range listed represents a good‑faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
