As the Product Solutions Engineering Lead, you will join Envestnet's Product Solutions Engineering organization. This team serves as a critical link between clients, product management, and engineering, helping advisors and asset managers maximize the value of Envestnet's solutions while influencing the evolution of our platform. Team members combine deep product expertise with strong client consultation skills to solve complex business and technical challenges, drive feature adoption, support strategic initiatives, and provide valuable feedback that shapes future product enhancements. Working alongside a talented group of Product Solutions Engineers, Product Training professionals, and Product Operations partners, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional client experiences, advancing platform capabilities, and supporting the continued growth of Envestnet's WealthTech.
Serves as a primary point of contact for asset managers or clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional answers and resolution of technical questions related to the company’s technology platforms and investment solutions. Responds to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting application data and integration problems. Works with a variety of other departments such as product, engineering and operations to tackle defects, elevate complex issues, track resolutions and develop long-term fixes. Help with onboarding new asset managers or clients, implementing system upgrades and educating users on best practices to optimize platform value.

This role offers a base salary range of $94,600 to $118,300. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
