Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information technology or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of application development experience; .NET development preferred.
• Experience with C#.NET and MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SQL queries, stored procedures, reporting, and queries.
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI and data visualization.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehousing preferred.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Ability to document procedures and develop technical documentation.
• Ability to understand complex systems and stakeholder needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of enterprise applications, including the student information system and custom apps.
• Develop APIs and integrate with .NET/Angular JS backend using SQL/Oracle.
• Maintain security, documentation, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems team to enhance processes across Finance/HR/student data.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues; ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Provide world-class service to users and stakeholders.
