Job summary
Georgia State University’s Instructional Innovation and Technology division seeks an experienced Application Developer, Lead to join the Strategic Initiatives and Development team in Atlanta. You will guide enterprise applications serving students, faculty, and staff, focusing on reliability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence.
You will work across Node.js, Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, and CI/CD tooling, providing technical leadership and mentorship to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise applications.
- Strong SQL, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and support of multi-tenant workflow applications.
- Mentor and guide developers, establishing engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Monitor and report project status to management and customers.
