Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams in enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
• Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership for maintenance activities including root cause analysis and production deployments.
• Mentor team members, assign work, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate releases, change management, and service readiness with stakeholders.
