Job summary

Diaconia seeks an Application Developer Lead to guide design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise applications supporting OSI. Lead Agile teams and ensure cybersecurity compliance for complex DoD environments.

You will work across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and custom web apps, driving secure, scalable solutions for classified and unclassified missions. This on-site leadership role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise applications supporting OSI operations.
• Provide technical leadership to application developers and serve as senior advisor for modernization initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure architectures for classified and unclassified environments.
• Coordinate development standards, testing, documentation, and QA processes.
• Lead Agile software development teams using Scrum/Kanban and hybrid methods.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and operations to ensure successful integration.
