You will own the architecture, lead an analytics team, and advise executive leadership as the organization advances toward its 2035 Strategic Vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, or related roles.
• Experience leading or central in cloud data warehouses, Snowflake preferred, and enterprise BI rollout.
• Experience with nonprofit arts or mission-driven organizations is desirable.
• Experience directing external consultants or implementation partners on technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data initiative to build an enterprise data warehouse on Snowflake with dbt and a modern BI/AI layer.
• Build and lead a growing analytics team and partner with executive leadership.
• Define, track and report on key metrics for HGO's 2035 Strategic Vision and Campaign.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy on donor analytics and with Audiences on revenue forecasting and pricing.
• Modernize business architecture and identify AI opportunities grounded in business needs.
