Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building an Enterprise AI Products team focused on enabling Claude as a daily-use tool for enterprise customers. You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, set strategy, and work with research to push model capabilities into production.

The role blends engineering leadership with hands-on design and collaboration with sales and product teams. You’ll shape the product and architecture in a market where few have done this well, mentor engineers, and drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Staff or equivalent leadership role
• Led design and delivery of complex enterprise or B2B products across the full stack
• Built AI products and translated model capabilities into usable applications
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating learnings into technical decisions
• Experience building 0→1 products in fast-moving environments and setting technical direction
• Ability to drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work with influence over authority

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and end-to-end delivery for enterprise-facing core products
• Partner with product, design, and go-to-market teams to translate customer workflows into shipped products
• Set technical direction and standards for the team including architecture and quality
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and sales to inform engineering priorities
• Collaborate with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities and feedback to model development
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
