Job summary

Paramount Pictures seeks a Lead Enterprise Solution Analyst to architect and oversee the AI orchestration framework, integrating automation, RPA, and multi-agent systems across Paramount’s technology ecosystem.

The role blends strategic architecture with hands-on engineering, delivering secure, scalable AI deployments while partnering with product, data, and security teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, AI platforms, or enterprise systems integration.
• Hands-on development using Python and API-based services.
• Strong leadership experience coordinating offshore or globally distributed engineering teams.
• Experience designing AI orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, or RAG patterns.
• Familiarity with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or equivalent RPA tools.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing the AI orchestration layer connecting automation engines, AI agents, and enterprise apps.
• Building infrastructure pipelines to support AI/ML deployments and Azure web services.
• Defining and enforcing standards for MLOps, APIs, observability, and compliance for enterprise-scale ops.
• Partnering with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into reusable AI platform components.
• Ensuring adherence to AI guardrails, SLAs, and security/compliance standards.
